翁苋颗粒对患鸡白痢雏鸡chTLR4和IL-1β及TNF-α mRNA表达的影响
Effects of Wengxian granule on chTLR4 mRNA, IL-1β mRNA,TNF-α mRNA expression in chickens
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of Wengxian granule on the mRNA expression of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α genes in chicks infected with salmonella.Healthy chicks were infected with pullorosis salmonella bacteria into intraperitoneal to develop pullorosis,and Wengxian granule was supplemented into feed by ratio.Each group was dissected and sampled,and the mRNA expression of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α genes was detected in bursa fabricius.Compared with the blank group,the mRNA expression levels of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α increased in infection control group and the mRNA expression levels of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α in infection control group were significantly higher(P＜0.01).Compared with the infection control group,the mRNA expression levels of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α decreased in Wengxian granule group and drug control group,and the mRNA expression levels of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-αin Wengxian granule group and drug control group were significantly lower than that of infection control group (P＜0.01).Wengxian granule could reduce mRNA expression levels of chTLR4,IL-lβ,TNF-α,thereby it could be used for prevention and treatment of pullorosis.关键词
