多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗与性激素的关系研究
Relationship between insulin resistance test and sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between insulin resistance and sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Method 50 patients with PCOS from February 2014 to February 2016 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University were selected in observation group, during the same period 50 healthy women of childbearing age volunteers were selected in control group. Plasma insulin levels were measured by insulin release test in all subjects, and serum sex hormone levels were measured by 3～5 days in the menstrual cycle. The levels of plasma insulin and sex hormone and the incidence rate of insulin resistance were compared between the two groups, the correlation between the level of insulin resistance and androgen in observation group were analyzed.Result Fasting, after taking 1 hour, after taking 2 hours, after taking 3 hours, the levels of plasma insulin and the incidence rate of insulin resistance in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The level of insulin resistance in observation group was positively correlated with the level of testosterone and estradiol (r=0.446, 0.453,P<0.05); the levels of follitropin and estradiol in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05); the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in observation were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with PCOS have insulin resistance and hyperandrogenemia, insulin resistance can significantly promote the secretion of male hormones.关键词
