ICU老年患者呼吸机相关性肺炎危险因素分析
Analysis of the risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia in elderly patients of ICU

Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) in elderly patients of ICU.Method Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 112 elderly patients hospitalized in ICU in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 with mechanical ventilation. Analyzed the risk factors of VAP in elderly patients of ICU.Result 112 cases of elderly patients, VAP occurred in 28 cases (25.00％). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that: acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ score≥ 15 points, tracheal intubation/incision, ICU length of stay≥ 15 days, the time of mechanical ventilation≥ 7 days, long-term use of proton pump inhibitors, serum albumin level< 35 g/L, the oxygenation index< 400 mmHg were the risk factors of VAP in elderly patients of ICU (P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors for VAP in ICU elderly patients. Based on the related risk factors, effective preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of VAP.关键词
