Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of microwave ablation and mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of breast benign tumor.Method From February 2015 to February 2016, 120 cases of breast benign tumor patients were studied. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the simple random method. The operation, residual of the tumor, beauty of the breast and occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Result There was no significant difference of postoperative hospital days in the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time of control group was significantly longer than observation group (P<0.05), and the amount of bleeding during the operation was significantly more than observation group (P<0.05). The patients in observation group had a faster absorption time (1～3 months), and control group patients had a longer absorption time (3 months to 1 year). 1 month after surgery, two groups of patients with residual tumor had no significant difference (P>0.05); 3 months after surgery, the residual rate of tumor in control group was significantly higher than observation group (P<0.05). The postoperative breast beauty of observation group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reaction after operation was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave ablation and mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumor have a certain effect. But the operation time of microwave ablation is short, the amount of bleeding is less, no scar and the patient's pain are less. Therefore, microwave ablation is more advantageous in the treatment of breast benign tumor.关键词
