摘要

Abstract

Objective:The qualitative analysis of flavonoids in rose dregs was carried out by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS.Methods:The separation was performed on a Waters BEH C18(100 mm ×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid in water by gradient elution.Electrospray ionization-(ESI) source was applied and operated in negative ion mode.Results:11 flavonoids were identified by rapid separation of UPLC and based on mass spectrometry data and literature analysis.Conclusion:The use of UPLC/Q-TOF-MS technology can effectively analyze the flavonoids in rose dregs and provide data for the recovery of rose dregs.
