Quality Evaluation of Corydalis Tuber in Different Specifications in Hanzhong
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the quality difference of Corydalis tuber planting years and its annual large and small size of corydalis.Methods:Tetrahydropalmatine in each sample was determined by HPLC with Dima C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of methanol-0.1％ phosphoric acid solution (triethylamine adjusted to pH 6) =67∶33,the flow rate of 1 mL · min-1,column temperature of 30 ℃ and detection wavelength of 280 nm.Results:Comparison of the content of Corydalis tuber in different years,the drying rate was the highest in the annual small tubers and tetrahydropalmatine content reached to 1.776 9 mg ·g-1,while the drying rate was the lowest for biennial tubers,and tetrahydropalmatine was 1.537 4 mg ·g-1.Conclusion:There are differences in the quality of different Corydalis tuber with different growth years and annual sizes.关键词
