Determination of Content of Quercetin, Kaempferide and Isorhamnetin in Drug Pair Herba Sedi Sarmentosi and Radix Bupleuri of Different Proportions by HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To examine the effect of drug pair Herba Sedi Sarmentosi and Radix Bupleuri in different proportions on extract amount of quercetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin.Methods:The contents of quercetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin in decoctions of Herba Sedi Sarmentosi,Radix Bupleuri as well as Herba Sedi Sarmentosi and Radix Bupleuri in different proportions were determined by HPLC,respectively.Results:There was no significant difference in flavonoids content of separated decocted Herba Sedi Sarmentosi and Radix Bupleuri in different proportion,and Herba Sedi Sarmentosi decoction.The total flavonoid content in together decocted Herba Sedi Sarmentosi and Radix Bupleuri increased significantly.Conclusion:Radix Bupleuri enhances the extraction of total flavonoid in Herba Sedi Sarmentosi decoction.关键词
