摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of stilbenes and anthraquinones in different tissues and organs (leaves,stems,shoots,rhizomes and roots) of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc,and provide data for the comprehensive utilization of P.cuspidatum resources.Methods:The contents of stilbenes (polydatin,resveratrol),free anthraquinones (emodin,emodin) and conjugated anthraquinones in different tissues and organs of P.cuspidatum were determined by HPLC.Results:The results showed that stilbenes and anthraquinones contained in P.cuspidatum were mainly distributed in underground roots and rhizomes,especially in the root bark,and their contents exhibited a gradually decreasing trend from roots to rhizomes,stems,branches and leaves.Most of these analytes appeared the highest levels in the root bark,where the contents of polydatin,resveratrol,free emodin and physcion,conjugated emodin and physcionare 50.06,5.17,5.75,0.38,5.26 and 0.43 mg · g-1,respectively.Conclusion:The distribution organs of the stilbenes and anthraquinones in P.cuspidatum was limited,and the results could provide data support for the comprehensive utilization of P.cuspidatum.
