摘要

Abstract

Objective:The HPLC fingerprint of hawthorn leafs was established by wavelength conversion method,and the differences of hawthorn leafs were evaluated by multivariate statistical analysis.Methods:An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used,with the mobile phase of 0.5% formic acid (A)-acetonitrile (B)-methanol (C)-tetrahydrofuran (D) by gradient elution,the detection wavelength were:0-15 min,the detection wavelength was 260 nm,the reference wavelength was 360 nm;15-65 min,the detection wavelength was 370 nm,the reference wavelength was 430 nm.The HPLC fingerprints were obtained and evaluated by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (2004A edition),and SPSS 19.0 was used to carry out hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis.According to the principal component analysis,another hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out to screen the possible index compositions that influenced the difference between hawthorn leafs.Results:The hawthorn leafs were divided into 3 groups by hierarchical cluster analysis,and 8 index compositions of hawthorn leafs were identified.Conclusion:The method is fast and accurate.It is suitable for the evaluation of the difference of hawthorn leafs.
