Abstract
Taking Shengzhong Reservoir as an example,the necessity of the comprehensive development of the tourism was summarized as the needs of the functional transformation of the reservoir,the needs of the residents'livelihood development,the needs of the local economic construction,the needs of the ecological environment protection and the market demand.The feasibility of the comprehensive development of the tourism in the reservoir was analyzed,in combination with the advantages of the reservoir tourism resources,the existing tourism basis and policy advantages.It believed that the comprehensive development of tourism should follow the principles of protection first,characteristic development,comprehensiveness,sustainability,wide participation and safety.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive development of tourism were analyzed from 3 aspects:company mode,farmer + company mode,farmer + company + government mode.关键词
