Abstract
Oxidation can cause the quality of edible oils to decrease continuously.The nitrogen filling method is used to effectively isolate the contact between oil and oxygen,delay the decline of edible oil quality and edible value caused by oxidation,prolong the shelf life of oil storage,and create better social and economic benefits.关键词
