Abstract
Since the 13th five-year plan,the construction of beautiful countryside has pointed the direction for the country's future.In Jiangning area,Gaochun area and Lishui area,we held seminars with district town leaders,on the basis of it,we proposed hollowing out of management must be combined with beautiful rural construction.The rural areas according to the degree of hollowness are divided into two types:A country that are closer to the city with less empty-centric,A country far away from the city with a serious degree of hollowness.Taking different ways in terms of the investment of the demolition fund,the index of the construction land and the method of sharing with the local farmers'interests,we can realize the win-win situation of the construction of the hollowed-out governance and the construction of the beautiful countryside.关键词
