Abstract
This paper introduced the four aspects of training activities for Hanzhong Agricultural Cadre School,in terms of the summarizing of past experience,it indicated that demand investigation is basic,process supervision is crucial,the assessment for technicians refers to their actual performance,while their feedbacks can improve the training.In addition,the training can well proceed in accordance with the "Performance assessment index system of Shaanxi Province for agricultural technician training",which includes six criteria that of organization management,training implementation,use of funds,file management,training publicity as well as characteristic management.Hanzhong Agricultural Cadre School has won the first in the assessment for agricultural technician training for Shaanxi Province in 2016.关键词
