黄颡鱼性腺发育的季节性变化
Seasonal Change of Gonad Development of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the seasonal change of gonad development of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.[Method] Paraffin section technology was used to study the gonad development of P.fulvidraco.[Result]The ovaries and testis entered into stage Ⅲ in March,entered into stage Ⅴ in June,entered into stage Ⅳ in September and deteriorated to stage Ⅱ in December,a new reproductive cycle then started.The breeding month was June,and its peaks appeared during the breeding cycle.[Conclusion] According to the histological features,the gonad development of P.fulvidraco changes with the seasons.关键词
