摘要

Abstract

The present situation and deficiency of practical teaching personnel training in food hygiene and nutriology specialty were pointed out.The food hygiene and nutrition professional school enterprise cooperation talent construction mode was defined from the food enterprise level,the government level,the level of colleges and universities.The advantages of personnel training mode of school enterprise cooperation were summarized,which can help college students to meet social needs,effectively make full use of social resources,help students quickly understand and adapt to the social environment,and help enterprises to reduce the cost of human resources.At the same time,it pointed out the problems existing in the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation.
