精芪双参胶囊对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响
Effect of Jingqi Shuangshen capsule on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effect of Jingqi Shuangshen capsule on the ischemia myocardial, and to provide the pharmacodynamic basis for the development and application of Jingqi Shuangshen capsule. Methods An animal model of acute myocardial ischemia was prepared by ligating the coronary artery and reperfusion. The survival time of mice was recorded under the condition that the mice were sealed in a jar of 250 mL at atmospheric pressure. Thrombus formation in rats was observed by electric stimulation of thrombus in vivo. Results Jingqi Shuangshen capsule can obviously inhibit the cardiac index and electrocardiogram ST segment changes in displacement (P<0.05); Myocardial infarct size was significantly inhibited, myocardial cells were protected, blood cell deposition and inflammatory cell infiltration were reduced in the interstitium of myocardial fibers; It significantly inhibited the release of CK, AST, LDH and MDA in serum, and improved the activity of SOD (P<0.05); It promotes the release of PGI2 in plasma and inhibits the release of TXA2, while increasing the ratio of PGI2/TXA2 (P<0.05). It significantly prolong the time of hypoxia tolerance (P<0.05); And significantly inhibited the time of thrombosis 100% and the length of thrombus(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingqi Shuangshen capsule can significantly improve the ischemia and hypoxia of rats, protect myocardial ischemia, inhibit platelet aggregation and embolism.关键词
