Study the effect of ginsenosides from different kinds of tea by RRLC-Q-TofMS

Abstract
Objective Different types of tea with ginseng combination have a great effect on the content of ginsenosides. Methods Rapid resolution liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (RRLC-Q-Tof MS) is used to detect and analyze. Results In the compatibility of ginseng tea with the decoction, ginseng oolong tea has the greatest influence on ginsenoside, and ginseng green tea has the smallest effect on ginsenoside. Conclusion The influence of different kinds of tea on ginseng is different. Drinking tea after taking ginseng may affect the effect of ginseng.关键词
