以黄芩苷含量控制舒心颗粒质量的研究
Study on the control of the quality of Shuxin granules with baicalin content
摘要
Abstract
Objective To set up the quality standard of Shuxin granules to control the quality of the finished product.Methods Using RP-HPLC for determining the content of baicalin in Shuxin granules.The chromatographic conditions: eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica as filling agent; methanol water phosphoric acid (45:55:0.2) is a mobile phase, and the detection wavelength is 280 nm. Results The linear concentration range of baicalin was within 0.188 μg~1.88 μg , the average recovery rate was 96.27%, RSD=1.17%. Conlusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate,strong and reproducible,and can be used as a method for the determination of Baicalin in Shuxin granules and control the quality of the preparation.关键词
