益肾补骨液高效液相色谱法特征图谱研究
Study on HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Yishen Bugu oral liquid
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between fingerprint peaks of Yishen Bugu oral liquid and the effective fraction of the relevant herbs in its prescription. Methods The fingerprint were performed by HPLC. The samples were separated by a ACE C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase consisted of methol-0.02% phosphoric acid solution in gradient mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; The wavelength was set 230 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Results The fingerprint of Yishen Bugu oral liquid was established with Paeoniflorin as the reference peak, the obtained HPLC characteristics containing 13 common peaks, which were in well shape and high resolution. Five characteristic peaks in the fingerprint were identified. Conclusion Main peaks had good correlation between the effective fraction of Yishen Bugu oral liquid and ingredients in its prescription,this method can help determine the attribution of chromatographic peaks, to further analyze the chemical composition and source of Yishen Bugu oral liquid,this method can provide theoretical basis for quality control of Yishen Bugu oral liquid.关键词
