湿疹的中医病因病机
Study on etiology and pathogenesis of eczema in TCM
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of eczema was increasing year by year due to the accelerated pace of life and the influence of diet, emotion and environmental pollution. Its etiology and pathogenesis, different generations of doctors have different opinions. Physicians in ancient times think that eczema is caused by exogenous pathogenic factors, which is caused by the dysfunction of the viscera of the external evil or the internal evil causing external evil. Modern doctors believe that eczema is attributed to internal causes,and the main factors are the imbalance of qi and blood and spleen and stomach in the viscera. Modern doctors tend to be the main cause of "wet", and wind, dampness and heat are three pathogenic factors. The main cause of eczema is three pathogenic factors, wind, damp and heat, and there are internal and external causes. External evil is the main factor leading to the formation of internal evil, and the internal evil causes the dysfunction of the viscera and yin,yang qi and blood,which causes the development of eczema.关键词
