益气养阴通络法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效及安全性评价
Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy on unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety evaluation of the treatment of unstable angina in patients with coronary heart disease in the method of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy.Methods 70 cases of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, 35 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group, the 2 groups were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was intervened by Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy.Results After the treatment, the effective rate of the test group was 91.42%, which was higher than that of the control group 65.71% (P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after using the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of LDL, Hcy and CRP were significantly decreased in the experimental group after the treatment with the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy can improve the clinical status of unstable angina pectoris, reduce C reactive protein, and has positive therapeutic significance for patients with unstable angina pectoris.关键词
