蒿芩清胆汤联合化疗治疗晚期胆囊癌疗效及其对患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响
Effects of Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advance gallbladder carcinoma and its influence on the levels of subset of T cells in patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advance gallbladder carcinoma and its influence on the levels of subset of T cells in patients. Methods 82 patients with advance gallbladder carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated by GP chemotherapy, while the observation group was given Haoqin Qingdan decoction on the base of control group. After treatment, the short-term effects and KPS scores were evaluated in the two groups. Before and after the treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD14+were detected in the two groups. Then the toxicity of the two groups was compared during the treatment. Results The total effective rates were 85.4% in the observation group, significantly higher than the 70.7% in the control group (P< 0.05). After the treatment, the KPS scores in the observation group (79.5±10.1) was significantly higher than the control group (72.3±9.2) (P< 0.05), while the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD14+were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the rates of adverse actions were lower in the observation group than which in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Haoqin Qingdan decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advance gallbladder carcinoma has a good effect and can significantly promoted the levels of serum subset of T cells in patients.关键词
