胸痹足浴方联合耳穴压豆护理治疗冠心病心绞痛
Thoracic obstruction foot-bathing formula combined with ear point bean pressing nursing therapy on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thoracic obstruction foot-bathing formula combined with ear point bean pressing nursing therapy on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 84 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 42 cases in each group, and the control group was given routine treatment. On the basis of control group, the experimental group was treated with thoracic obstruction foot-bathing formula combined with ear point bean pressing nursing therapy. The total effective rate, the attack of angina pectoris before and after treatment and the improvement of TCM symptom score of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 85.71%, 76.19%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P< 0.05); The improvement of angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the experimental group has chest pain and gets worse at night with darkish complexion and petechia, TCM syndrome score is obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thoracic obstruction foot-bathing formula combined with ear point bean pressing nursing therapy has the the effect of tonifying the heart and kidney, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. It can reduce the number of angina pectoris attack and TCM symptom score, and obviously improve the clinical symptoms caused by coronary heart disease.关键词
