中西医结合疗法对子宫内膜异位症患者激素水平及炎性因子的影响
Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on hormone levels and inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Kun Tai capsules combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) on hormone levels and inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis (EMS). Methods From January 2016 to May 2017, 90 patients with EMS in department of laparoscopic surgery were set as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group, the control group was treated by GnRH-a,after operation, the first, second day after the first time menstruation was treated with subcutaneous injection of goserelin 3.6 mg/time, 1 time every 4 weeks, injection for 3 times, the observation group was treated with GnRH-a combined with QUNTAI capsules treatment, GnRH-a was used as the control group, and oral administration of QUNTAI capsule 4 pills/time, 3 times/d, for 12 weeks. 2 groups of patients before treatment (menstrual cycle after treatment (third day) and third day after injection of third Cigesheruilin) morning fasting peripheral venous blood were measured, serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and interleukin -6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- alpha), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule -1 (sICAM-1), carcinoembryonic antigen 125 (CA125), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), to evaluate the curative effect after the treatment. Results 2 groups of patients after treatment of E2, FSH and LH were lower than the same group before treatment (P<0.05), the observation group after treatment E2, FSH, LH lower than the control group (P<0.05); the 2 groups of patients after treatment of IL-6, TNF-, sICAM-1, CA125, alpha MMP-9 compared with the same group before treatment decreased (P<0.05), the observation group after treatment, IL-6, TNF-, sICAM-1, CA125, MMP-9 were lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05); the total efficiency of the observation group was 95.56%, 82.22% in the control group,the observation group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Kun Tai capsules combined with GnRH-a can effectively control the related cytokine levels in EMS patients,maintain the effective level of estrogen and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
