通督调神针法结合康复技术治疗中风后弛缓性瘫痪
Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique on flaccid paralysis after stroke

Abstract
Objective To observe therapeutic effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique and traditional acupuncture on flaccid paralysis after stroke. Methods 40 cases of flaccid paralysis after stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. In the treatment group,20 cases were treated by the Tongdu Tiaoshen combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation,while 20 cases in the control group were treated by general acupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques. Two groups of patients were given conventional nutrition brain nerve, improving circulation and other symptomatic treatments at the same time. Treatment was 6 times a week for 3 consecutive weeks, the scores of neurological deficit scale (NDS), activities of daily living (ADL index) and limb movement function (FMA scale) were used to evaluate the integral changes before treatment, after treatment, and 3 months after the end of treatment, respectively. The three points were used to evaluate the integral changes. Results The difference of clinical curative effect was statistically significant before and after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05); in the treatment group, there were significant differences in neurological function, activities of daily living and motor function in the 3 months after treatment and at the end of treatment (P<0.01); There was a significant difference between the control group after treatment, and the daily living ability and exercise function in the 3 months after treatment(P< 0.01).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can significantly improve flaccid paralysis after stroke in patients with neurologic impairment, limb motor function and ability of daily life and other symptoms, the curative effect is remarkable, and has better long-term effect.关键词
