刺血加温针法为主辨证治疗亨特面瘫
Dialectical treatment of Hunt facial paralysis with warming bloodletting needling
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of the dialectical treatment of Hunt facial paralysis by warming bloodletting needling. Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by warming bloodletting needling, combined with routine western medicine and physical therapy; While the control group was only treated with routine western medicine and physiotherapy. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and physiotherapy. At the 8th week after treatment, the total effective rate, cure rate and pain loss and recovery time of facial paralysis were compared between the two groups, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 100% and the cure rate was 63.07% in the treatment group, which was better than 95.08% and 44.26% in the control group (P<0.05). The pain disappeared time and the recovery time of facial paralysis in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the curative effect in the three types of the treatment group. Conclusion Dialectical treatment of Hunt facial paralysis by the warming bloodletting needling was suitable for various syndromes and its analgesic time and recovery time of facial paralysis were faster.关键词
