热敏灸配合功能锻炼在膝骨关节炎患者中医健康管理中的干预效果
Effect of thermosensitive moxibustion combined with functional exercise on the management of knee osteoarthritis patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of thermosensitive moxibustion and functional exercise on the health management of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 93 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with thermosensitive moxibustion and functional exercise. The clinical symptoms, life skills, quality of life and mastery of therapy were evaluated in 4 aspects. Results The JOA table to evaluate the clinical symptoms after treatment suggests that the patient's pain and walking ability, the ability to go up and down the stairs, and the angle of flexion are statistically significant (P<0.05), No statistical significance of joint swelling (P>0.05); the Lysholm table of living ability suggested that there were statistical significance in lame, interlocking, pain, stability, staircase, and squat (P>0.05); the quality of life (AIMS2-SF) showed that the 5 dimensions of the patient's body, symptoms, society, influence and work were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the patient's mastery was 94.6%. Conclusion The technology is simple, easy to handle and effective. It provides a reference for grassroots health service providers to develop osteoarthritis self-management intervention.关键词
