Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ICF general assembly for rehabilitation nursing patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods 110 patients with stroke hemiplegia were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017, of which patients divided into two groups randomly, control group (n=50) accepted general nursing, and ICF group (n=60) adopted ICF general assembly nursing based on the patients in control group. The motor function and activities of daily living were compared during nursing between two groups. The various category score of ICF general assembly of patients in ICF group were analyzed to formulate the appropriate intervention measures, and which category score change were compared and analyzed before and after ICF intervention. Results After nursing intervention, the FugI-meyer As-sessment (FMA) score and modified barhtel index (MBI) score of patients with stroke hemiplegia in ICF group were higher respectively than those patients in control group significantly (P<0.05);And the b130, d230, d450, d455score of patients in ICF group were higher significantly than those before nursing intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion ICF general assembly can effectively guide the rehabilitation nursing specifically for patients with stroke hemiplegia, and improve body and activity in patients with functional, which can conducive the sports and life skills of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
