针灸治疗血管性认知障碍的研究进展
Research progress of acupuncture treatment of vascular cognitive impairment
摘要
Abstract
To collect literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of vascular cognitive impairment in recent five years, which are analyzed from relationship between VCI and meridian, ancient and modern selecting principle of points, treatment method, and clinical research of acupuncture. The result shows that acupuncture has positive effect on VCI. However, most of them are needling methods and the short-term effect observation, which lack of long-term efficacy research and mechanism research. It is difficult to compare with each other because the inclusion criteria, the clinical treatment plan, the operation specification and the efficacy criteria are not uniform. Henceforth, we should optimize and standardize the clinical research plan of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment, including unified inclusion criteria, treatment methods, operation norms and evaluation criteria, to develop the long-term effec research of large sample, multi center and random control, and to further explore the mechanism of its action.关键词
