摘要
Abstract
In order to characterize the piezoelectric sensor accurately,based on the situation that the first peak of the piezoelectric sensor's response to a step signal in the time domain is not the highest one.Two methods were presented to estimate the damping ratio ζ and these two ways were compared each other. The one method is time-domain analyzing method,and the other is logarithmic decrement method.We analyzed the time response of a pressure sensor that was obtained through experiment and compared the experiment data to the expected theory sensor response. The results show that the logarithmic decrement method showed better agreement with experimental results and this indicates it is a better option for the characterization of such a kind of sensor.关键词
