Abstract
In order to solve the problem of maximum power point tracking of photovoltaic(PV)system under part local shading condition(PSC),a fast maximum power point tracking(MPPT)method based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed. With the difference of the traditional MPPT system on PSO,the time variable sampling strategy based on dynamic behavior of the converter current(VSTS) is applied,and in order to achieve maximum power point tracking more quickly,the introduction of three important factors are drawn, namely:the number of particles,the convergence speed and the sampling time. Using the DSP platform for the implementation and performance evaluation of the proposed system,experimental results show that compared it with other similar systems in different conditions(including PSC),this algorithm can achieve higher accuracy and tracking speed.关键词
