摘要
Abstract
Based on 0.8 μm 40 V BCD process,a quad 12-bit digital to analog converter with ± 15 V supplies is designed. The DAC consists of a resistor array,registers and amplifiers. The measurement results show that the output voltage swing of DAC is-10 V~+10 V,the DNLs are less than 0.5 LSB and the DNLs are less than 1 LSB, when VDD=+15 V,VSS=-15 V,VLOGIC=+5 V,VREFH=+10 V,VREFL=-10 V,RL=2 kΩ,CL=100 pF.关键词
