摘要

Abstract

Aiming at a class of general microbial fermentation tank,a set of microbial fermentation automatic control system is designed with STM32F407 processor and LabVIEW software platform.The field sensor signal is sent to the STM32F407 processor by the acquisition circuit,and analysis and processing. According to the feedback signal,the corresponding temperature controller,pH controller and peristaltic pump controller are designed. LabVIEW software platform is used to design and develop the host computer monitoring system. Experimental tests show that the system can collect,display and save the data of pH,DO,temperature and motor speed of the fermentation process in real time,and meet the temperature,pH value of the precise control requirements,thus it can ensure the quality of fermentation products.
