摘要

Abstract

A new type of low power,low noise,compact current measurement circuit is proposed for the detection of blood glucose using three electrode electrochemical glucose sensor.The circuit comprises a threshold voltage reference current source structure,which can provide the required reference voltage for the electrochemical reaction,and can convert the reactive current to the voltage of the response.The specific implementation of the 0.35 μm CMOS process is carried out with an area of 125 μm×340 μm. The specific measurement experiment was carried out using the three electrode electrochemical glucose sensor,and the experimental results show that the proposed circuit is feasible,the power loss is 0.891 mW,the noise is 0.73 mVrms.It is suitable for portable electrochemical glucose testing equipment.
