Method for basic parameter mapping of involute spur gear based on end surface image and CAD software
摘要
Abstract
A method of identifying the basic parameters of involute spur gear using end surface image and CAD softwares is presented. Firstly, the direct parameters of a spur gear are obtained by using the measuring tools. Secondly, the end image of the spur gear is collected by the image scanner and is preprocessed by the image processing software. Thirdly, the basic parameters of the gear are estimated. Then the gear profile is drawn by CAD software and approached the image outline by modifying parameters to achieve the purpose of accurately mapping the basic parameters of the spur gear. Experiments show that the method has the advantages of high precision and simple process, and can meet the requirements of gear design.关键词
