摘要

Abstract

The effects of complex microbial agents on the growth and immune function of Kunming mice were studied. In the experiment, two hundred six-week old male KM mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. After continued feeding for 35 days, the data of body weight and immune organs weight, cellular immunity, humoral immunity, macrophage phagocytosis function and the activities of NK cells were examined. The results showed that complex microbial agents could significantly improved the growth and immune function of Kunming mice and the effects of middle dose and high dose were better.
