摘要
Abstract
Thymoma is a common anterior mediastinal tumor, and it is clinically a high incidence of tumor thymoma, most of which is benign, often with chest pain, chest tightness, cough and chest discomfort. The unique manifestation is to combine certain syndromes, such as myasthenia gravis, simple erythrocyte aplastic anemia, nephritis nephrotic syndrome, lupus erythematosus (sle). Its primary treatment is surgical treatment, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is meaningful in the treatment of incomplete resection and advanced patients. Summarization is made according to the surgical treatment and progress of 10 patients with thymus tumor admitted by our department from 2010 to 2017.关键词
