Numerical Simulation on Heat Transferring and Resistance Characteristics of H-finned Tube and Analysis on Field Synergy Principle

Abstract
In allusion to differences between research results about heat transferring and resistance characteristics of H-finned tube at home and abroad and less research on fin thickness,this paper uses FLUENT software to calculate variation laws of heat transferring and flow resistance characteristics of six kinds of H-finned tubes of the low temperature boiler economizer with constant cross section area according to operational condition of the economizer in the power station.It compares re-sults of numerical simulation with those of literature methods and experiments,and uses field synergy principle for analysis. Corresponding results indicate that when the cross section size of the H-finned tube is 2 mm×50 mm,synergy of the flow field and temperature field in the heat transferring area is high and flow resistance is small,which means better comprehen-sive transferring performance.关键词
