某600 MW凝汽机组供热改造方案热经济性分析
Analysis on Economy of Heat Supply Reconstruction Scheme for 600 MW Condensing Unit

Abstract
By constructing a thermal analysis model based on heat balance method,the paper analyzes thermal economy of the extraction and heat supply reconstruction scheme for one 600 MW condensing steam turbine generator unit.It calculates indicators including generated power,thermal consumption rate,coal consumption rate and so on of the unit under different working conditions of non-heat-supply condition,low-temperature reheat steam tube extraction and heat supply,high-tem-perature reheat steam tube extraction and heat supply.Meanwhile,it compares thermal performance of the unit under dif-ferent heat supply conditions and different heat supply and extraction flow. Research results indicate thermal economy of the unit is better as it adopts reheat steam for heat supply and coal consumption rate is the lowest as the unit is running with the maximum heat supply and extraction flow.Compared with generated power and coal consumption rate of the high-tem-perature reheat steam tube extraction and heat supply scheme,that of the low-temperature reheat steam tube extraction and heat supply scheme is larger.关键词
