Abstract
In allusion to the problem of abnormality of system failure in alarm and shutdown due to high temperature of elec-trolytic cell in HM-200 hydrogen generator,the paper analyzes causes for equipment faults.By means of signal simulation method,it tests flexibility of the valve and accuracy of logic.It discovers the cooling water temperature regulating valve is in failure and alarm logic control has disconnected,which leads to high temperature of the electrolytic cell and the system fail-ure in shutdown.The hydrogen generator recovers to normal operation after removing faults.Finally,the paper proposes rectification measures so as to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment.关键词
