Planning and Evaluation Methods for Power System Backup Capacity Considering Risk Assessment

Abstract
On the basis of quantitative risk assessment,this paper uses equivalent energy function to analyze comprehensive e-valuation index for power system backup capacity and presents a kind of rapid calculation method for backup capacity consid-ering reliability and economy.In view of influence of renewable energy on backup capacity planning,it adopts the multi-state generation model to describe renewable energy and according to actual data of the power system of one province,it makes simulating analysis on the system backup rates,backup capacities and backup capacity evaluation indexes of three models in three situations including without considering wind power,fixed wind power output value and multi-state wind power.Results obtained show the calculation and evaluation methods for backup capacity if reasonable and reliable.关键词
