计及VSC-HVDC的交直流系统负荷恢复优化
Load Restoration Optimization of AC/DC System Considering VSC-HVDC
摘要
Abstract
The paper studies load restoration of the AC/DC system considering VSC-HVDC in failure.It firstly constructs a steady state flow model considering VSC-HVDC which takes the maximum restorable load capacity and load importance as target functions and steady state flow restraint with consideration of frequency characteristic and VSC parameters as restraint conditions,then it builds a 0-1 knapsack problem with single target and multiple constraints.By using linear programming re-laxation method,it relaxes the model as the one-dimensional knapsack problem based on only considering the constrain con-dition of stable frequency of the AC/DC system.Regarding the solving result as the initial population of genetic algorithm, it obtains an optimal load restoration scheme by secondary optimization.Example of New England 10-machine 39-bus indi-cates this method is suitable for complicated AC/DC system and is able to solve problems of genetic algorithm such as slow convergence speed and falling into partial optimal solution.关键词
