miR-21及PDCD4在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其临床意义
The expressions of miR-21 and PDCD4 in non-small-cell lung cancer patients and its clinical significances
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of microscopic RNA-21 (miR-21) and programmed cell death factor 4 (PDCD4) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and its clinical significances. Methods:Lung cancer tissues and pericancer tissues were collected from 53 NSCLC patients. The expressions of miR-21 and PDCD4 were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR).Results:The expression of miR-21 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues, while the PDCD4 expression was lower (P<0.01).Overexpression of miR-21 in NSCLC was associated with advanced clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, but low expression of PDCD4 was associated with lymph node metastasis and advanced TNM stage (P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expressions of miR-21 and PDCD4 in NSCLC patients. Conclusion:Higher expression of miR-21 and lower expression of PDCD4 were closely related to the development of NSCLC.关键词
