长春瑞滨联合铂类治疗蒽环和紫杉类耐药的转移性乳腺癌的临床研究
Navelbine plus platinum protocol for metastatic breast cancer patients with drug-resistant to both anthracyclines and taxanes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of navelbine (NVB) plus platinum protocol in metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients with drug-resistant to anthracyclines and taxanes.Methods:MBC patients previously treated with anthracyclines and taxanes were enrolled.Treatment consisted of NVB (25 mg/m2 i.v.on days 1 and 5) and cisplatin (25 mg/m2 i.v.on days 1 to 5) or carboplatin (AUC 5 i.v.on day 1) administered every 21 days.Results:Objective response rate was 40.0％ including 2 complete response (3.6％) and 20 partial responses (36.4％).Eighteen patients (32.7％) had stable disease.The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 6 months (95％ CI 3.1-8.9 months).The most common grade 3-4 toxicities included vomiting (9.1％),neutropenia (21.8％),and thrombocytopenia (5.5％).All adverse events were reversible and no treatment-related death.Conclusion:NVB plus cisplatin or carboplatin had promising efficacy in MBC patients with drug-resistant to anthracyclines and taxanes.This combination could improve patients' tolerability.关键词
