经根管注射Vitapex糊剂联合派丽奥治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响
Vitapex root canal obturation combined with periocline for the treatment of combined periodontic-endodontic lesions and its effect on the serum inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Vitapex root canal obturation combined with periocline on serum inflammatory factors levels in patients with combined periodontic-endodontic lesions.Methods:126 patients with combined periodontic-endodontic lesions from July 2015 to June 2016 treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 63 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional root canal therapy,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of periocline.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,probing depth (PD),bleeding index (BI),plaque index (PLI),gingival index (GI) and the levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the serum were compared between the two groups.Results:The response rate in the observation group was 92.06％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.78％) (P＜0.05).The PD,BI,PLI and GI as well as the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and hs-CRP were notably lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Vitapex root canal obturation combined with periocline could effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with combined periodontic-endodontic lesions,which might be related to the inhibition of serum inflammatory cytokines release.关键词
