宫颈癌患者肿瘤浸润性树突状细胞表达水平及其临床意义
The expression level and clinical significance of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells in patients with cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2017,84 cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital were enrolled.Tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells in tumor tissues were detected and the association with patients' clinical features was analyzed.Results:When compared with the adjacent tissues,tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells in the cervical carcinoma,MHC-Ⅱ positive percentage and CD54 positive percentage were decreased significantly (P=0.000).Patients with FIGO stage Ⅱ had lower tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells,MHC-Ⅱ positive percentage and CD54 positive percentage than those with FIGO stage Ⅰ (P=0.000).Conclusion:The expression of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells was decreased in cervical cancer tissues,and most of them were immature cells.The low expression of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells was related to poor prognosis of patients.关键词
