KI67在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系
Expression and clinical significance of KI67 in epithelial ovarian cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of KI67 protein in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Ovarian specimens were obtained from surgeries performed between 2005 and 2013.The patients were divided into three groups:group A,epithelial ovarian cancer (n=172);group B,benign epithelial neoplasia (n =8);and group C,normal ovaries (n =10).The protein expression of KI67 was measured by immunohistochemistry methods.The correlation between the KI67 expression and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of KI67 protein was significantly higher in group A (97.09％) compared to group B and C (P＜0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of KI67 and age,serous ovarian cancer,cell differentiation,pathological stage,lymph node metastasis,progression-free survival (PFS) time and overall survival (OS) time of ovarian cancer patients (P＞0.05).Conclusion:KI67 protein expression was up-regulated in ovarian cancer patients and was not associated with survival prognosis of patients.关键词
