Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and target-organ dysfunction in patients with type H hypertension.Methods:92 patients with type H hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled,and assigned into an observation group (n=54,hs-CRP≥3 mg/L) and a control group (n=38,hs-CRP＜3 mg/L) according to the level of hs-CRP.The correlation between the hs-CRP level and target-organ dysfunction was analyzed.Results:Patients in the observation group had higher level of endothelin-1,24 h systolic blood pressure variability,carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),and lower vascular reactivity hyperemia index (RHI) and glomerular filtration rate than the controls (P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis shower that hs-CRP level was negatively related to endothelin-1,IMT and 24 h systolic blood pressure variability (r=0.329,0.244,0.234;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Elevated hs-CRP level was associated with target-organ dysfunction in patients with type H hypertension.关键词
