恩替卡韦联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of entecavir combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods:124 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received entecavir treatment,and those in the observation group received entecavir with addition of diammonium glycyrrhizinate.The clinical effects,hepatic fibrosis and liver function indexes were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,HBeAg seroconversion rate,the negative conversion rate of serum HBV-DNA,and the glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT) recovery rate in the observation group were significantly increased (P＜0.05).The levels of hyaluronic acid,type Ⅲ procollagen and laminin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of ALT and oxaloacetic transaminase (AST) were markedly lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B was effective.This combination could inhibit hepatic fibrosis and improve liver function.关键词
