酚酸类物质对白菜幼苗和生理特性的影响
Effects of phenolic-acids on growth and physiological characteristics of cabbage seedlings

Abstract
Experiments were conducted to study the effects of ferulic acid,p-coumaric acid,syringicacid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and vanillic acid at different concentrations of 0.01,0.1,1,10,50,100 mg · L-1 on the growth and physiology of cabbage seedlings.The shoot height,dry weight,root length,root activity,content of soluble protein and sugar,activities of superoxidase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) were determined.The results showed that except that 100 mg · L-1 ferulic acid treatment had a significant inhibitory effect on the shoot height of cabbage seedlings,the different concentration of other phenolic-acids treatments on the shoot height and dry weight of cabbage seedling had certain inhibition,but it were not significant;Besides vanillic acid,other phenolic acids had no significant inhibition for the root growth of cabbage seedlings,some had significant promotion;soluble protein content of cabbage seedlings were significantly increased by different concentrations of vanillic acid treatments,10 mg · L-1 syringic acid treatment and 0.10 50 100 mg · L-1 p-hydroxybenzoic acid treatment also increased the soluble protein content significantly.Different phenolic acids treatments had no significant influence on cabbage seedling soluble sugar content;low concentration of 0.01 mg · L-1 syringic acid significantly increased the activity of CAT,and other phenol acids treatments had no significant influence;High concentration of 100 mg · L-1 of ferulic acid and p-coumaric acid treatment,different concentrations of vanillic acid treatments decreased POS activity of cabbage seedlings significantly;Except p-hydroxybenzoic acid,other four phenolic acid treatments had significant inhibitory effect on SOD activity of cabbage seedlings;According to MSI,the order of the five kinds of phenolic acids is as follows:p-hydroxybenzoic acid > Vanillic acid > Ferulic acid > P-coumaric acid > Syringic acid.关键词
